OUR SERVICE GUARANTEE

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Engy’s Beauty Lounge. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service. 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Engy’s Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

REFUNDS

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider in order to receive a complementary correction appointment. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. Immediately contact the lounge to receive a complimentary adjustment to rectify any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date. As soon as you have walked out of the Lounge doors, that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to you.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of original purchase in exchange for any product or service within the same value. (No cash value will be issued)

PERSONAL ITEMS

Engy’s Beauty Lounge is not responsible for any personal items that have been lost or damaged during services. Please be cautious and responsible for your personal belongings and make sure to double check for any belongings that are left behind.

CHILDREN

In the event you decide to bring your children to Engy’s Beauty Lounge, please have adequate supervision arranged for them. We do not have the facilities to care for children and will not provide child supervision nor can we assure their safety in a professional environment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

GIFT CARD POLICY

24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the Lounge. The State Board of Cosmetology has specific Rules and Regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. In order to protect our clients that are more susceptible to allergies, NO animals of any kind are to be permitted in the salon at any time. Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “Service Animals” according to California State Law. We invite you to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

Gift cards are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service. All gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards are valid at Engy’s Beauty Lounge only for all products and services available.

We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. This allows us ample time to fill the appointment slot. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in a charge for 50% of the cost of services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.

NO SHOW POLICY

In order to respect the time of our staff and other customers, if you do not attend your appointment, you will be subject to the total amount due for services. This includes same day appointments. Please be advised that in the event you are utilizing our seven-day-service guarantee and you do not show up for your corrective reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.

TARDINESS POLICY

We understand that things happen. For this reason, scheduled appointments have a 15 minute grace period to allow for unpredicted traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full or to reschedule. In order to respect everyone’s time and maintain our schedule for guests and staff members, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.

We strive to provide excellent services, including keeping up with new trends in the Nails & Beauty industry. We know accidents sometimes happen, but you can always talk to us with confidence knowing your experience is our utmost priority. Our seven days service guaranteed warranty policy will cover you for the incident with no charge. If your gel polish is chipping or peeling, we will provide a touch-up or re-polish depending on the situation or condition. If your new set of Acrylic nails are chipped, lifted, or broken, we will repair it to achieve your satisfaction. Our seven day service warranty is to help you as a customer feel comfortable bringing situations to our attention as well as ensuring 100% positive feedback from our clients.
